The structure of our company
We are divided into four main divisions that reflect Frigotermica’s philosophy: sales, engineering, mechanical production, and electrical production. We first engage with our clients to understand their specific needs and define the best solution. Next, the engineering division designs the HVAC systems, taking into account environmental conditions and necessary requirements. The in-house production department is responsible for the production and assembly of key mechanical and electrical components for our systems.
Each division is led by a manager who ensures quality and manages the organization to ensure timely completion of the project. The synergy between the various company roles allows us to achieve the finished product, whether a single machine or a complex HVAC system, guaranteeing a high-quality end product that meets efficiency and sustainability standards. This structure allows us to provide innovative solutions, precisely meeting our customers’ needs.
Commercial division
The Commercial Division plays a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with all clients, ensuring continuous and professional interaction. It prepares detailed technical and financial proposals, negotiating terms to meet client requirements. Once contracts are acquired, they are assigned to the appropriate Engineering Division. Additionally, this division manages supplier offers, selecting the best solutions for quality and competitiveness.
Engineering division
The Engineering Division handles the detailed engineering development for each project, ensuring precise and customized technical solutions. It maintains a continuous dialogue with client technicians, analyzing and discussing every aspect of the project. The division collaborates closely with production to optimize the manufacturing process of individual units. Once project materials arrive, they are checked for integrity and compliance through rigorous inspections and tests conducted alongside the client. The division also prepares final documentation, ensuring full traceability and project compliance.
Electrical division
The Electrical Division collaborates actively with the Engineering Division in studying and designing every electrical panel we produce. This allows us to offer efficient and state-of-the-art solutions, focusing on the manufacturing and assembly of all electrical panels developed by the Engineering Division while ensuring quality, reliability, and optimal performance.
Mechanical division
The Mechanical Division specializes in manufacturing individual machines (AHUs, chillers, etc.), HVAC system components, and prefabricating necessary supports.
Working closely with the R&D Engineering Division, it contributes to the continuous research and development of increasingly efficient and high-performance machines. This division also includes our team of certified refrigeration technicians, allowing us to build the complete refrigeration system for our machines.
Engineering and design office
Our open-space offices, covering approximately 360 sqm, are designed to create a modern, efficient, and highly collaborative work environment. They are equipped with state-of-the-art workstations, enabling our personnel to develop complete and precise engineering solutions tailored to client requirements.
Mechanical and electrical production department
Our company operates within a 1,000 sqm covered industrial facility, with a large outdoor area, fully equipped to efficiently manage the entire production process. The department is divided into three main operational areas:
